Step Into Your Life is a 6-week, intimate group coaching programme designed to support you to build direction and momentum within your life.
You have it in you, but you don’t have to go about it alone.
Through weekly focuses and group coaching sessions, we take a deep dive into your life to enable you to:
- Get clearer on what your version of a fulfilling life looks like
- Set clear and compelling goals to lead you there
- Uncover the areas that are keeping you stuck
- Create a clear and actionable plan to shift you forward
- Develop strategies, habits, and rituals that work for YOU
- Find accountability and drive
- Be supported, challenged, and guided throughout the process
How it works
Each week includes:
- FOCUS through the weekly prompt for growth delivered straight to your inbox. This will give you a focus for the week, and exercise to prompt your growth, and some tools and ideas to support your progress.
- GROWTH through the 90 min group coaching sessions offering you an opportunity to dig into the focus area to a new level, uncover the areas keeping you stuck, and find support and ideas. A full replay will be available if you are unable to make the session live.
- SUPPORT and accountability through the private facebook community.
Small numbers will ensure that you have the full support, allowing you to move forward with a sense of energy.
Week 1: Foundation
In this week we explore your current situation. What is working for you? What isn’t? We uncover the reality of what your version of a fulfilling life might be like.

Week 2: Clarity
Throughout this week you will create clarity in your direction and a vision for your ideal future. You will get clear on what a fulfilling life would look like, feel like, and be like. You will start to understand what could be possible for you, and how you can make it happen.
Bonus Exercise: Connecting to Your Vision
Week 3: Options
During this week you will explore the options available to you. Embracing the beginner’s mindset will allow you to discover options that you may not otherwise have found. You will set some clear and compelling goals to guide you and keep you on your path.
Bonus Exercise: Reinforcing Your Goals with Your WHY
Week 4: Action
This week you will create a clear and actionable action plan to take you from where you are, to where you want to go. You will identify the habits, tools, and rituals that will support your progress.
Bonus Exercise: Your Morning Ritual
Week 5: Limitations
In this week you will identify the ways that you have kept yourself stuck in the past. You will explore the fears and limiting beliefs underlying them, and build some more useful strategies to support you to move forward.
Bonus Exercise: Shifting from Fear to Focus
Week 6: Celebration
This week you will create a celebration structure to support you moving forward. This will aid your motivation, build momentum, and allow you a sense of perspective in times of challenge. A celebration structure ensures you acknowledge the progress you have already made, and provides a driving force moving forward.
